So entsorgen Sie Rasenschnitt
Rasenschnitt gehört ins Grüngut oder auf den eigenen Kompost. Mischen Sie ihn dort mit gröberem Material wie Laub oder Häckselgut, sonst fault er schnell.
Eine Alternative ist das Mulchmähen: Feiner Schnitt bleibt auf dem Rasen liegen und düngt ihn. Dünn verteilt eignet sich Rasenschnitt auch als Mulch unter Sträuchern. Grössere Mengen nehmen Kompostieranlagen und viele Recyclinghöfe an, je nach Gemeinde.
Gut zu wissen
- Rasenschnitt nie im Wald, am Waldrand oder an Bachufern deponieren.
- Nicht in den Kehricht.
